Cancellation/Refund Policy: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your original order, given no sessions have already been used. No cancellations or refund requests will be accepted after 24 hours.

 

Rescheduling Policy: Mentors must be notified about all session rescheduling requests and changes at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the session without refund.
